2. Eligibility
To qualify for a refund under our 10× Value Guarantee, you must:

  • Have purchased the Toolkit directly from us at the full retail price of £19.97.
  • Submit a refund request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Demonstrate that you’ve engaged with the Toolkit (e.g. downloaded the PDFs, used the checklists, or applied the strategies in a real-world purchase).

3. What “10× Savings” Means
You must show, in summary form, that your use of the Toolkit resulted in:

4. How to Request Your Refund

  3. In your message, include:
    • Your full name and order number
    • Date of purchase
    • A brief summary of your savings that were less than £199.97 (either via a negotiated off the asking price, Insurance reduction, or avoided repair bill)
  4. Attach any supporting documents or screenshots you have (e.g. dealer quotes, insurance renewal notices, repair estimates).

Once we receive your request, we’ll review and process your refund within 5 business days.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued in full (£19.97) via the original payment method.
  • You will receive confirmation of your refund by email when the transaction is complete.
  • Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.
